Overview
This concept explores a booking platform where multiple independent service providers (salons, clinics, consultants) can manage their own calendars while customers book through a single shared app.
Challenge
Small service businesses often juggle bookings across phone calls, DMs, and paper diaries, leading to double-bookings and missed appointments — and most off-the-shelf booking tools aren't built for a multi-vendor marketplace model.
Approach
The concept design centers on per-vendor calendar management, customer-facing availability search, and automated reminders, backed by a Supabase schema modeling vendors, services, and time slots.
Result
As a concept exploration, this piece demonstrates the booking flow and vendor calendar interface — it has not been built for a live client.
