Engaging Our Services

Submitting an enquiry through this site does not create a binding agreement for services. A project begins only once both parties agree in writing to a proposal, scope, and quote following a consultation.

All pricing shown on this site is indicative. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal specific to your project.

Payments

Project payments are typically structured as a deposit followed by milestone-based installments, as agreed in the project proposal. This website does not process payments or offer self-serve checkout.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom code and deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. ZuriStack Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, unless a client requests otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

ZuriStack Digital will exercise reasonable skill and care in delivering services, but does not guarantee that any website, app, or software will be entirely free of defects. Liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project.

Projects may rely on third-party services (such as Supabase, Vercel, or payment processors chosen by the client). ZuriStack Digital is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services outside its control.
